LHH is currently hiring remote Recruiters at an hourly rate of $18. A Bachelor’s Degree is required, and while 1-2 years of HR and recruiting experience is preferred, entry-level candidates are welcome to apply. Responsibilities
As a Recruiter, your responsibilities will include designing and implementing recruiting strategies, updating job descriptions, and posting jobs on various platforms. You'll source and recruit candidates through databases and social media, conduct interviews, and contribute to the onboarding process. Monitoring and applying HR recruiting best practices will be crucial, and providing well-documented recruiting reports is part of the role.
Pay and Benefits
The pay for this position is $18.00 per hour. Managed by Brittany Levine, the search ensures a streamlined and efficient recruitment process.
